Discovery Call
We’ll kick things off with a discovery call to talk through your goals and the design tasks you want to focus on. This helps us prioritize your time and make sure the intensive is as productive and aligned as possible.
Book Your Day + Questionnaire
Once you're ready to move forward, you'll book your Design Intensive and select your date. Then you'll receive a short questionnaire to outline your priorities, share any content or assets, and help me get to know your business and what success looks like for you.

Prep & Gather
Before your Design Day, you'll complete a short questionnaire outlining your priorities and goals. You’ll also gather and share any content, assets, or access I’ll need. This ensures I’m fully equipped to get started—and that we use every minute of your intensive wisely.
Design Day
We’ll start the day with a brief kickoff call to review priorities, clarify anything from your questionnaire, and align on the game plan. Then I’ll get to work bringing your list to life. You’ll be available for quick feedback or approvals, and by the end of the day, you’ll receive polished deliverables ready to implement.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if we need more time to get my design to-do list done?
That’s always a possibility. I spend 8 hours on your project, and most of my clients find that’s enough time for their highest priorities. Still, if we don’t get to everything, you can easily add a half or full day to complete additional items.
How much can you actually get done in a day?
- Add new several new pages to an existing site.
- Create on-brand custom collateral items
- Finalize mobile and desktop views AND a long form sales page
- Customize an entire website template and launch the same day
Do I need to be available on our design day?
Yes! It’s important that you’re readily available to respond via Slack as I ask follow up questions or send you assets for your review. Depending on what we’re working on, I may just need your feedback primarily in the second half of the day.
What do you need from me to get started?
First, we’ll book a discovery call to make sure this is the best fit for you! Upon booking, I’ll need a prioritized list of items you want to accomplish during our intensive. If we’re working on your website, I’ll also need your website copy, images, logos, colors, and fonts before I can start work. If you don’t have these things readily available, I can make recommendations so you can get these items checked off your list, first.
